Terms of Service

Effective: 1 stycznia 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of our online compliance training courses and related services (the "Services") operated by <COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME> ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the Services

The Services provide educational content on GDPR, cybersecurity, and related compliance topics. The Services do not constitute legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Consult a qualified lawyer for legal opinions specific to your situation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Purchases, pricing, and invoicing

Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise and exclude applicable VAT, which is added at checkout based on your billing location and VAT status (including reverse charge for EU B2B customers with a valid VAT-EU number).

VAT invoices are issued automatically after payment and emailed to the address provided at checkout.

5. Installment plans

Where offered, installment plans grant immediate full access to the course upon the first payment. Subsequent installments are charged automatically. Failure to pay a scheduled installment may result in suspension of access after a grace period.

6. Refunds

Consumers in the EU may withdraw within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been completed. See our Refund Policy for details. For B2B purchases, refunds are excluded except where required by mandatory law.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not share account credentials with third parties.
  • Do not redistribute or publish course materials.
  • Do not use the Services to violate applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

All course content is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your personal use (or, for B2B purchases, for the named employee).

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Completing a course does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation, nor does it protect against enforcement actions or penalties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of <JURISDICTION>. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of <COURTS>, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
